Natural Facials

Practicing a healthy lifestyle by exercising and taking staple diet is not enough to have a healthy skin! It is important for everyone, regardless of age and gender to have facials done. But for a bride-to-be, getting sufficient facials is important to assure a flawless-looking skin on the big day. Not only that it helps to exfoliate dead cells, facials also act to cleanse, hydrate, and improve blood circulation.

Now, would you rather spend some time having facials at home or risking your special day with breakouts and dull appearance?

With the down turned in today's economic, I believe that everyone is trying to cut all the unimportant expenses. This does not mean you are a step a way from having a great healthy-looking skin. 'Bride Guide with Bunny' brings you some facial recipes to solve your skin-problem.

Banana Therapy
Mash up a banana together with a teaspoon of honey before applying to face and neck. Leave for 10 to 15 minutes before rising with cold water. This therapy helps in getting a fresher, softer skin as it has excellent properties.

Papaya Therapy
This therapy is both beneficial foe a healthy skin and body. First, cut a ripe papaya and remove the seeds and pulps. The pulp can be eaten as it acts as a great body purifier. On the other hand, use the papaya on your face. Rub gently and leave it about 10-15 minutes before rinsing with lukewarm water. Apply mask 2 to 3 times a week for a naturally glowing skin.

Carrot Therapy
Mash a boiled, peeled carrot and mix with 2 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Apply on face and rinse with lukewarm water after 30 minutes to soothes acne, blackheads and to protect skin from infections.

Yogurt Oatmeal Therapy
A tablespoon of non-flavored yogurt mix with a tablespoon of oatmeal and 2 to 3 drops of honey is a great remedy for a dry skin. Tepid water are added to oatmeal to soften before mixing with other ingredients.
